What is your production time for customised pieces?
Our production time for all customised pieces are stated in our product pages. Different products may have different production times.
How long are shipping delivery times? (not including production time)
For local registered mail within SG, all items will arrive in 2-4 working days.
For international airmail, do refer to the table below:

What materials are your jewellery made of?
Our pieces are made of gold-filled/ gold vermeil/ 925 sterling silver/ solid gold. All materials are great for everyday wear. However as with all jewellery, the way we care for our jewellery will also affect its wear and longevity. Do avoid harsh chemicals and polish them whenever possible.

Are your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes, our pieces are nickel, cadmium and lead free, which makes them suitable for sensitive skin!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Do refer to our shipping options upon checkout.
