At Love Hesed, we are committed to providing high-quality personalised jewellery that you’ll love. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Personalised products (e.g., custom names, engraved pieces, photo lockets) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund. Please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at sghesed@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged/defective product.
- Once the damage is verified, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
3. Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on personalised items unless the product is damaged or defective. Please contact us for assistance.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made and personalised jewellery (e.g., name necklaces, engraved items, photo lockets)
- Items not in their original condition, or items that show signs of wear
6. Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
