1. Processing Time
- Ready to Ship items are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Custom or personalised orders (e.g. Photo lockets, name necklaces, engraved jewellery) have different lead times. Do refer to our product pages for production lead times for each product.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
If there are any significant delays in processing your order, we will notify you by email.
